It’s an absolutely innovative “work-for-equity-model”, addressed to companies that aim to launch a start-up process abroad.
Market analysis, identification of operational sites, partner search, legal analysis and assistance, staff training: these are just some of the problems that have to be faced by companies in trying to enter a new market.
Innovative Business Hub – IBH acts as the bridge for the implementation of your start-up idea into a new market. IBH is chronologically structured through the following activities:
- Defining the best growth path on a foreign market;
- Assisting companies in their international projects;
- Taking a stake in the local start-up, without any fee for provided services.
IBH’s main advantages
- It enables companies to eliminate the consultancy costs throughout the project.
- It makes the consultant co-manager of the project’s activities, since he is part of the company.
- The consultant sees its costs repaid only if the foreign branch operates successfully, generating profits.
