Rilievi Group Srl is a leading company in the apparel industry. They have two product lines:- embroidery;
- clothing for yoga (through the brand Noka'oi).
Aims of the project
- strenghthen Rilievi's position in the US market;
- commercialize effectively both the product lines in the USA, where they had already started business with agencies and end customers.
Project's activities
After analyzing and assessing the best strategy for market access, Octagona built the entire project, aimed at the opening of a local commercial branch:- building the Business Plan;
- evaluating in which US State start the business;
- identifying the legal structure able to follow the company both for the incorporation and the contracts;
- supporting the company in opening a bank account;
- searching the appropriate showroom in Manhattan;
- taking care of recruitment;
- ensuring the operational follow-up during the whole activity;
- performing the complete management of administrative services of the New York society through a local partner.
