Within the series of seminars to be held in Sassari, Octagona will deliver a lecture and will meet the participating companies to provide useful information on how to start export projects
Starting internationalization and export activities represents an essential process for our companies. In the current economic environment, the “made in Italy” export needs a fresh impetus and in the next three years a strong growth is expected: for this reason companies need to sell abroad and need to find new formulas in order to activate an export project.
Precisely in order to support Italian companies that would like to open up to new markets, the ICE (Agency for the promotion abroad and the internationalization of Italian companies), in collaboration with the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, organizes 5 free weekly appointments on foreign trade techniques, intended for manufacturing SMEs, cooperatives, consortia and business networks of Sardinia.
At the end of the series of seminars, to be held in Sassari from 12 January to 10 February at the headquarters of Confindustria Centro Nord Sardegna (Villa Mimosa, Via Alghero 49), it is planned to have a day of meeting for personalized assistance with the consultants engaged in lectures, only addressed to the companies that have attended at least 4 in 5 meetings.
In this regard, the ICE has entrusted Octagona (company operating for 15 years in the internationalization, accredited by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, from the Emilia-Romagna Region and the Lombardy Region for the provision of internationalization services) with the module containing the training program on “Business Plan”, which will take place on Thursday, February 9, 2017 and will be organized in the following topics:
- Strategic planning tools;
- Cost accounting and construction of the budget;
- Practical cases.
Following the training day and precisely on Friday, February 10, Alessandro Fichera, Managing Director of Octagona, will hold B2B meetings (of about 20 minutes) with the participating companies.
