Octagona will hold three lectures, focusing on the best strategies to be implemented to deal with the path of internationalization
Starting internationalization activities and exporting to foreign markets has become increasingly important. In the current economic environment, made in Italy exports is in a positive period: for this reason in Italy it is necessary to spread in a stronger way the culture related to internationalization, in order to enable successful projects.
In this regard, ICE (Agency for promotion and internationalization of Italian companies abroad) has organized the Master for the internationalization of enterprises – Corce Fausto De Franceschi, now in its 48th edition; the aim of the Master is to train experts in internationalization processes that will have responsibility for the development of activities in foreign markets.
ICE has entrusted Octagona the lectures including three in the module programme “Strategies for Internationalization”: specifically, Alessandro Fichera, Senior Partner of Octagona, will hold in Rome in three lectures on 20th, 21st and 22th April, at the training center Ettore Massacesi of ICE (via Liszt 21).
Specifically, the entire module done by Octagona will be structured in the following way:
- Introduction to internationalization;
- How to build a plan for growth in foreign markets;
- Strategic Management;
- Market Selection: choice of the variables and analysis model;
- strategic and operational topics;
- Start of case studies and exercises.
